The NewAir Express inflatable cushioning system produces inflatable cushioning material at speeds up to 55 linear feet per minute. Available in two different widths, 12 and 24 inches, and a variety of standard and premium film options as well as Anti Static film. The NewAir Express System has a compact footprint (less than 6 sq.ft) that works well in smaller constraint packaging environments.

The NewAir Express system compact design fits comfortably on a tabletop. A single film roll can equal 5,000 square feet of traditional 1/2 inch bubble material, creating just in time packaging that saves valuable storage space, reducing material handling, and decreases transportation costs.
